You’re welcome to check in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the villa by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and depending on availability.
You book directly with us, the owners of Casa Miami. We remain available for any questions or assistance, and we work with a reliable local team who takes care of check-in, garden maintenance, and cleaning.
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. For stays longer than 14 days, a mid-stay cleaning and linen change can be arranged upon request.
When booking, we require a 40% deposit of the total amount, along with the security deposit. The remaining 60% must be paid no later than four weeks before arrival.
There are no hidden fees, everything is included! A security deposit is collected with the initial payment and will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided the villa is left in good condition.
If you make use of optional services such as holiday planning or mid-stay cleaning, additional charges may apply. These will always be agreed with you in advance.
